Izaiah Richard is the Outreach Coordinator at Sequoia, where he helps individuals and families access the support and resources, they need to begin recovery from substance use disorders. As a welcoming and knowledgeable first point of contact, he works closely with community partners, treatment providers, and those seeking care to ensure a smooth and compassionate entry into services.
Izaiah studied Psychology at Eastern Washington University and brings academic insight, real-world empathy, and a strong sense of energy to his role. He has been a part of the Sequoia team for over a year, and his work is driven by a commitment to reducing
stigma, building trust, and strengthening connections throughout the community.
Outside of his professional role, Izaiah enjoys spending time with his family and friends, playing basketball, and creating music. These passions help him stay grounded and bring creativity and vitality to everything he does.
